The room calculator is to be used as a guide only, and may not be correct for your particular application, should you have any concerns please contact us for more information or an energy consultant for further assistance.
We aim to deliver your order the next working day if ordered by 12pm midday Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) however this is subject to stock availability and your delivery location. We do not generally have stock issues but from time to time there can be so please check before ordering if your order is business critical.
If the equipment arrives damaged you must not accept delivery or if damage is found after the delivery driver has left site, then you must report the fault to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos within 12 hours of receiving the goods. Any damage found after 12 hours of receiving the good will not be covered for replacement.
If the wrong equipment is delivered you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. A new delivery will be dispatched to you the next working day with correct delivery and the wrongly delivered item/s will be collected at the same time. The equipment that is being returned must not be unboxed or damaged in any way.
Returned units will only be accepted if they are still in their unopened factory sealed boxes.
It is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the unwanted item/s back to our offices at a cost to the customer. Returned items will incur a restock fee of 25% of the item cost.
Orders must be signed for and will only be delivered to the address you give when ordering online. If there is no answer at the delivery address the contact number you issue with your order will be called, if there is no answer at the address or by phone the delivery driver will leave site with the equipment and you will be charged for a re-delivery. The delivery driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving site. We use an external delivery company so the drivers are not employed by us, which means that we do not have control of their daily route.

Technical support is available for the equipment that you have ordered, but will only be discussed with a qualified engineer. The advise that we give will be used to help the engineer on site but the diagnosis will be the responsibility of the onsite engineer.
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any product/time lost due to system failure
This equipment has a 3 year parts warrantee starting from the date of delivery.
This warrantee is only valid if;
- The equipment is installed as per the manufactures recommendations,
- It is installed by a refcom registered company,
- The installer is a qualified refrigeration engineer with a city & guild 2079 (FGAS) certificate, you have a commissioning certificate
- A maintenance is carried out every 6 months by a refcom registered company and you have a copy of all maintenance sheets
Some warrantee claims will require a site visit by one of our technical engineers. This will be of no cost to you if the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturer fault, however if the fault is found to be with the installation or maintenance of the equipment a charge of £400 + VAT will be invoiced to you.
